Life sucks. Like a lot. It'll be better after this month. I hope. It'll probably even be better after next week. I wanted to take some time off this month, but people scheduled meetings. So frustrating. I might still do it anyway. But in addition to that, I ended up hurting my hip a few days after ApollyCon. I'm thinking the cart/suitcase lifting and bending is what caused the issue to form in the first place. I haven't been able to run because of the injury, so I've mostly been a blob. I'm hoping it heals soon so I can get back to better workouts. I also desperately need to clean my house.
As for the books I received this week, I have none. Well, technically, I do have some, they were just sent to the 'rents and I won't be seeing dear mom and dad until later Saturday. Darn. I did end up getting some Jemlin character cards, though. I had a friend of a friend pick them up for me at one of the conventions that happened in April. I think it was Sinners & Stardust. The cards are for the three main characters from the Red Queen series by Victoria Aveyard and Patch from Hush, Hush.
