Lara Jean’s letter-writing days
aren’t over in this surprise follow-up to the New
York Times bestselling To All the
Boys I’ve Loved Before and P.S. I
Still Love You.
Lara Jean is having the best senior
year a girl could ever hope for. She is head over heels in love with her
boyfriend, Peter; her dad’s finally getting remarried to their next door
neighbor, Ms. Rothschild; and Margot’s coming home for the summer just in time
for the wedding.
But change is looming on the
horizon. And while Lara Jean is having fun and keeping busy helping plan her
father’s wedding, she can’t ignore the big life decisions she has to make. Most
pressingly, where she wants to go to college and what that means for her
relationship with Peter. She watched her sister Margot go through these growing
pains. Now Lara Jean’s the one who’ll be graduating high school and leaving for
college and leaving her family—and possibly the boy she loves—behind.
When your heart and your head are
saying two different things, which one should you listen to?
My Thoughts
Many mixed feelings about this book. I did not like book two
at all, but the first book was amazing! While in book two, Lara Jean ended up
with the guy I wanted her to, there were just so many problems and slut-shaming
in P.S. I Still Love You that it
ruined To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before for
me. Hopefully this book fixes the issues but doesn’t change who Lara Jean ends
up with. I might die a little inside if she falls in love with someone else.
What book are you waiting for this Wednesday?

It is cute, isn't it? :)
DeleteI've never heard of Jenny Han before. I hope book 3 is better for you than book 2 was. Sometimes authors have that second book slump but then they're able to slam-dunk the third.

Never?! Huh. I didn't know that was possible. You should try her Summer trilogy.
DeleteI can't wait to read this book! For me, I actually didn't really want a book three. But I'm excited about it! I preordered it and everything. If you preorder, make sure you claim the preorder goodies. I hope you enjoy this book when you get the chance to read it!
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous week, Shell. =)
Check out my WoW post!
There are preorder goodies? Oooo...
DeleteI have never read this author but I think my teen has some of her books. You never know when I will pick my next read from her shelves.
