Okay, so I know this happened a while ago, but it still is another cover change that makes me quite upset.

Now a lot of people said that the pretty girl with a pretty dress on wasn't the right type of cover for Shatter Me, and I agree. But what the heck does an eyeball have to do with anything? The new cover is just blah and weird to me.
What do you think?
I read that all new books would have the new cover even the hardback.

YES! You are echoing exactly how I feel about the new cover. I just look at it and think uhhh cyclops? I am SO confused by the new covers. I was never as in love with the original cover as everyone else was but I don't like these new ones any better. Oh well. :/
ReplyDeleteAs far as the old cover goes it was okay and I do like the new cover better since it's different then what I've been seeing in the YA covers but at the same time just like you I too am trying to figure out what the eyeball has to do with the story. Hopefully Mafi blogs about it and explains the meaning behind the coveror something.
